Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage Therapy is a style of massage therapy which focuses on getting results. The purpose of the massage is to achieve a structural change or therapeutic benefit in the body. It is style of treatment where massage therapists mobilize your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia, etc) to restore normal functional use.

SPORTS / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Best for assisting in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused and linked to strenuous exercise or prolonged and repetitive exercises. Generally aimed at the sport specific muscles.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE USING SOFT CUPPING
Massage using soft silicone cups used to promote waste and excess fluid drainage and improve blood flow and circulation from the tissues and muscles. Treatments for the body and face, neck and décolleté available.

Reflexology for Neuromuscular Balance & Function
Pressure point treatments performed on the feet, include a gentle, relaxing treatment, identifying possible conditions within the body which place the body out of homeostasis (balance) and assisting in bringing the body back into its most normal state of functioning.

Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA), the practitioner offers medical therapeutic massage and clinical reflexology treatments aimed at improving soft tissue function, mobility, circulation, lymphatic flow, muscular recovery, and pain-related tension patterns. Each treatment is adapted to your individual presentation and therapeutic needs.
Medical Aid reimbursement , subject to your Medical Aid provider and benefits. A full invoice is provided for claiming purposes.
The practitioner is also a registered member of the Massage Therapy Association of South Africa (MTASA) and remains up to date through mandatory CPD training, ensuring professional, evidence-based treatment standards.

Roxanne qualified from Camelot International College with a Diploma in Somatology and specialising in Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology. She taught for many years in both these fields and opened her own full-time practice in Modderfontein in Dec 2020. She enjoys running and keeping active, and she is committed to evidence-based treatment protocols and measurable patient outcomes. By being registered with Allied Health, she can guarantee you a Professional and Effective treatment, specifically designed to your requirements.
