Reduce stress, relax and improve your overall health with safe, natural and effective treatments

What is Reflexology and why choose it?
“Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment (meaning no procedures or tools enter the body or break the skin). It is a tactile (touch) treatment in which the therapist works on points (reflexes) on the feet which mirror channels and organs throughout the body. The pressure applied to the feet with the therapist’s fingers, helps to transfer energy through that zone of the foot to the corresponding zone and organs within the body through the nerve endings within the feet, assisting in neutralizing and balancing the intended area for optimal health. Reflexology is similarly referred to as a “full body massage” done through the feet, however boasts numerous other benefits for the body. Pressure points can also be worked on the legs and hands. Reflexology is a wonderful stress and emotion reliever, leaving you feeling revitalized after treatment. We spend so much time on our feet, think of the pressure and hard work they go through to keep you upright, balancing and moving forward. Reflexology helps to work out and ease tired and sore feet, remove crystals and assist in various foot associated pains.”
“Reflexology relaxes, destresses, optimizes body function, reduces pain, and boasts a whole range of other therapeutic benefits.”

Imagine placing your feet in this ice…
Without even doing this, you can already feel the sensation and your feet start to tense up. Why does it feel worse to put your feet on ice then it does your arm? – The feet have over 7000 nerve endings! Nerves run throughout your body, ending in the feet, thus by working on the feet, we are stimulating these nerves, creating responses throughout the body
The soles of your feet contain more sweat glands and sensory nerve endings per square centimeter than any other part of the body
